Product overview
K-Loader Pro is an auxiliary loading system designed to automate feeding of tubes and profiles (round, square, rectangular, I-beam, channel steel, etc.) to downstream processing machines. It reduces manual handling, increases throughput and improves process repeatability in industrial cutting and processing lines.

Automatic loading
The feed section uses a variable-frequency motor to drive a chain transmission, ensuring stable transfer of material to the distribution station or the next processing stage.

Diverse tubes
Supports conventional round, square and rectangular tubes as well as structural profiles such as I-beams, H-beams and channel steel, enabling use across multiple product formats.

Modular structure
The loading modules are modular and can be combined to match machines of different lengths, minimizing floor space and facilitating transport and installation.

One-click process
Operators can preset processing parameters; after configuration the system starts with a single command to enable single-machine batch processing.

Safety interlock
The auxiliary loader and the primary machine share the same emergency-stop circuit and safety interlock logic to reduce the risk of equipment damage and operator injury due to incorrect operation.

Flexible placement
The unit can be positioned on the left or right side according to workshop layout, allowing more efficient use of available space.
