Description

Horizontal radially split volute casing pump in back pull-out design, to API 610, ISO 13709 (heavy-duty), type OH2, with radial impeller, single-entry, single-stage, centreline pump feet; with inducer if required. ATEX-compliant version available. Benefits Low radial thrust and reduced shaft deflection for a longer service life of bearings and mechanical seal by double volute from DN 80 (3 inches) Easy to dismantle due to back pull-out design; no need to remove the pump casing from the piping Wide variety of flanges to all standards up to PN 100 equivalent (ASME Class 600) Long service life of mechanical seal by maximum shaft diameter to API 610 Dimensioned for longer service life than specified by API 610, to reduce maintenance. Higher fluid temperatures enabled at reduced bearing temperatures by cast steel bearing brackets with integrated cooling fins Seal chamber to API 610 accommodates all mechanical seals to API 682. Maximum bearing life by individual selection of balancing Optimum selection to API by “Low Nss hydraulic systems” (inducer optional) Optional: Heatable casing cover for high-temperature applications High axial forces absorbed by tandem bearing arrangement No cooling water supply required for high temperatures thanks to fan impeller
