Description

BALL VALVE METAL SEATED THREAD ENDS NIPPLES INCLUDED The KTN AP20P is our version of the ball valve with thread for extreme services, offering absolute tightness while allowing sudden changes in temperature (-46ºC – + 400ºC), high pressures and media with abrasive solids. All this thanks to the use of its pentafite seats, a self-lubricating metallic component whose metallic properties offer great compression capacity and corrosion resistance, its high elasticity, on the other hand, allows it to adapt to the sphere, avoiding the movement of the seat, reducing the torque and obtaining a total tightness. Superior measures, options and special materials on request. Features: •Size: DN15 - DN50 •Working temperature: -46ºC / 400ºC. •Seat: PEEK / PENTAFITE / TUNGSTEN CARBIDE / CHROM CARBIDE / STELLITE (Limited to +240ºC) •Suiteable for service with abrasive solids •Long service life Standard: •Design: ASME B16.34 / EN 12569 / API 608 / EN 17292 ASME VIII DIV.1 / EN 12516-1 •Threaded ends: NPT ASME B1.20.1 SW ASME B16.11 BW ASME B 16.25 (nipples integrados) •Conections: SW/NPT Cl 150RF PN 10/16 •Test: ASME B16.104 API 598 EN 12266-I ISO 5208 BS 6755-I
