Overview
Labfreez™ large-capacity vacuum rotary evaporator RE-LA Ex series features large-diameter flasks, an SS304 water bath and rotating-edge heating to improve solution evaporation and diffusion efficiency. Suitable for small-scale R&D and production in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food industries. System can be configured with various vacuum pumps, circulating coolers and temperature control accessories.

Explosion-proof control section

• Welded steel construction with high-voltage electrostatic spray finish.
• Bus and outlets feature reinforced safety structures.
• Custom control design with protections: over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, overload and overheat.
• Explosion-proof grade: dIIBT4.
• Digital speed display and digital temperature display with online monitoring.
• Speed hold function and PID temperature control (standard range: room temperature to 99°C).
• Optional high-temperature bath up to 180°C.
• Explosion-proof flexible connecting hose: fire-, corrosion- and water-resistant, anti-aging.

Explosion-proof electric heating tube

• Tubular heater converting electrical energy into heat for the bath; cold-welded stainless steel construction.
• High-voltage electrostatic spray finish and reinforced bus/outlet safety structure.
• Explosion-proof grade: dIIBT4; corrosion-, water- and oil-resistant, anti-aging.
• Voltage options: 220 V, 380 V. Power options: 3 kW, 4.5 kW, 6 kW, 8 kW.
• Stainless steel SUS304 for good thermal conductivity, insulation and long service life.

Explosion-proof standard

• Mark dIIBT4: suitable for use in Class IIB locations and gas groups with ignition temperature group T4.
• Flameproof (GB3836.2) design isolates ignition sources.
• Explosion-proof electrical equipment classification subdivided by MESG or MICR into IIA, IIB, IIC.
• Gas ignition temperature groups T1–T6; T4 corresponds to ignition temperature between 135°C and 200°C.
