Product description
LFZ-CTHP Series programmable constant temperature and humidity test chambers are designed to simulate high/low temperature and humid environments encountered during transport, storage and use of electronic instruments, materials, electrical components, vehicles, metals, aerospace materials and similar products. They support continuous or cyclic tests to verify resistance to temperature, humidity and combined stress, and to detect potential damage or life reduction.

  • 7-inch high-resolution color display; 32-bit high-performance processor
  • 24-bit A/D conversion; supports thermocouple and RTD inputs; up to 4 temperature inputs; adaptive fuzzy full-area control

  • Programmable I/O: 8 DI inputs and 10 relay outputs for flexible integration

Features — A. Chamber construction
  • Inner chamber: SUS304 stainless steel plate (1.2 mm) — corrosion resistant, easy to clean
  • Outer cabinet: painted cold-rolled steel plate (1.2 mm); standard color scheme as per configuration
  • Door: explosion-proof handle, secure sealing with refined silicone rubber resistant to temperature aging
  • Insulation: ultra-fine glass fiber; non-metal connectors between inner/outer box to reduce thermal conduction; isolated humidification
  • Mobility: lockable PU castors for positioning
  • Sample racks: SUS304 punched mesh, adjustable; standard supply includes two racks
  • Test port: Φ50 mm with thermal insulation and sealing plug
