Description

Overview
The LFZ-ATC Series aging test chamber integrates extensive experience in chamber design. It is intended for accelerated aging tests of rubber, plastic and electrical insulation materials and provides programmable control of temperature, time and heating rate. The exhaust damper opening/closing can be preset to enable rapid thermal aging cycles.

Features
  • Large-screen LCD with multi-parameter display and menu-driven interface for clear observation and operation.
  • Mirror-finish stainless steel interior with rounded corners and removable shelves for easy cleaning.
  • Equipped with a low-speed rotating sample turntable so each sample is exposed to the same conditions for comparable results.

Multi-segment programmable controller
  • LCD programmable controller with menu interface displays multiple parameters for simplified automatic control.
  • Allows simultaneous setting of temperature, cycle speed, time and heating rate; supports temperature gradient profiles and scheduled start/stop.
  • Programmable up to 7 segments / 63 steps; each segment time adjustable from 1 to 99 h 59 min.

Self-diagnosis function
  • If a failure occurs during testing, the LCD displays an error code/message to facilitate rapid fault identification.

Data recording (optional)
  • Optional printer connection; temperature and time curves can be recorded. RS-485 or USB (U-disk) interfaces enable data export to a PC or printer for storage and process playback.

Safety features
  • Independent limit-temperature alarm system with audible and visual indicators; includes high/low temperature and over-temperature alarm options to ensure safe operation.
