The LPS-SA-L-VA-G0 sanitary drum pump set combines a hygienically designed pump tube with a selected drive (MA II 5 electric or MD2xL compressed air), a 2 m PVC spiral hose, a drum adapter and the chosen discharge component. It provides pre-configured solutions for hygienic emptying and transfer of low-viscosity liquids from canisters, drums and containers.

Cleaning and maintenance
The pump tube can be dismantled in less than 30 seconds for fast cleaning. Alternatively it can be rinsed or integrated into a CIP system. The hygienic design with few components and smooth, rounded surfaces facilitates cleaning and visual inspection.

Drive options and performance
Two drive options are available: the MA II 5 electric motor (up to 72 l/min; delivery head up to 11 mWS) and the continuously variable MD2xL compressed air motor (up to 92 l/min; delivery head up to 18 mWS). Discharge component options: stainless steel dispensing nozzle, outlet elbow or disc valve with outlet elbow. Flow with nozzle up to 50 l/min. Max. liquid temperature 120 °C; max. viscosity 150 mPas; max. density 1.4 kg/dm³; immersion depth 1100 mm.
