Our M-UB proofing system is composed of individual vertical handling modules, with an individual adjustable capacity of up to 104 trays/straps/peelboards, surrounded by an isothermal enclosure, the air-conditionning is ensured by an AHU located and adapted to the building configuration (On the floor, on a mezzanine or in the technical ceiling)​. On each module, the support (trays/straps/peelboards…) to be carried is picked by flight on its conveyor, goes up and down in a continuous loop (without any horizontal pusher on top), and is deposited on the conveyor downstream; the M-UB proofer is deliverable with 3 different pitch between each level … The flights are in a technical polymer, chemical resistant, and can be easily removed if the pitch between level need to be changed. It acts as a mechanical fuse in case of a jam in the system. Hygrometry: from 65% up to 85%
