Description

The ACM 1500 is a compact automatic line for counting solid forms and then filling the corresponding bottles. The ACM 1500 is suitable for the most diverse solid pharmaceutical forms such as capsules, round and oblong tablets, softgel and other tablet shapes. The diameter of the solid forms must be between 5 and 25 mm and their thickness must not exceed20 mm. The counting line is composed of a mirror polished stainless steel structure supporting the Electronic Counting Machine CPE 6. The ACM 1500 also consists of a rotating table for automatic feeding of the empty bottles, a collection tray for the filled bottles and a belt conveyor for moving the bottles from the rotating table for empty bottles to the counting unit and then to the collection tray. The parts in contact with the product can be easily inspected and removed for cleaning, and are made of stainless steel AISI 316 or FDA approved materials.
