Product Overview
The CWFL03820-01430NW48-S000 is a compact φ37.5 mm frameless torque motor kit supplied as separate stator and rotor for direct integration into the host structure. Designed for space-efficient direct-drive applications, it provides a rated torque of 0.14 N·m and a peak torque of 0.42 N·m at up to 3000 RPM on a 48 VDC supply. The 8-pole, 3-phase PMSM with sinusoidal back-EMF is optimised for FOC servo control. Class F insulation (155 °C) supports operation in demanding industrial environments such as collaborative-robot joints, gimbal actuators, and precision rotary tables.
