• Lathe Bed: Flat-bed type for horizontal machines. Material: integrated cast HT300 iron for high rigidity. High-temperature stoving varnish painting. Designed for full-part loading, easy chip conveying, stable support and anti-vibration.
• CNC System: Syntec 22TA CNC, all-in-one driving, easy to program and operate. FANUC or SIEMENS systems available as options.
• Spindle: Built-in synchronous motor spindle (motorized spindle). Spindle bearings: P4 grade (NTN/KOYO). Spindle nose A2-5, spindle bore 48mm. Oil-cooling provides constant torque, low vibration and fast ramp-up/down.
• Collet & Chuck: Hydraulic collet or chuck optional according to processing method. Hydraulic clamping for secure workpiece hold. Gang tool holders and live tools can work together to perform turning-milling processing. Tooling layouts customizable on request.
• Guide Way & Screw: PMI (Taiwan) high-precision linear guideways and 2510 ball screws (C3 grade) with φ25mm shaft and 8mm lead. Driven by AM3 motors for precise feeding and positioning.
• Electric box: Syntec drives for machine motion; Schneider low-voltage electrical components; electric cabinet air conditioning to cool the electric box. FANUC or SIEMENS optional.
• Hydraulic System: Seven Ocean hydraulic station (Taiwan) with hydraulic tank for clamping, tailstock and chuck operations.
• Lubrication & Cooling: 2L lubrication system (Ishan) for guide ways and screws with oil separator, water lifting pump for coolant and chip flushing, and a cooling tank for cyclic coolant supply. Spindle coolant system provided (Xinfu).
