This evaporator is used for boiling milk, buttermilk, whey, thickening cream, producing condensed milk, producing jams, confitures. Boiling at low temperatures (under vacuum conditions) allows to save useful substances and vitamins, extend the shelf life of the finished product.
This unit is also used for the production of medicinal extracts, the concentration of juices, coffee, in the production of fruit syrups, dietary supplements. With the help of this unit they also produce baby food, various purees.
In food production, concentration is also used as preparatory steps - to reduce the volume of raw materials, to improve crystallization before drying products.
The vacuum evaporator is a machine consisting of a housing in which a vacuum boiler is located, a system for removing and condensing vapors, an outer case, which has a low-temperature insulation. A vacuum source is supplied at the customer's choice - it depends on what kind of production the customer has and what can be used as a working medium (water, compressed air). The installation package also includes a bottom valve with a DN40 outlet.
Additionally supplied:
• Circulation circuit, forced type, to increase the intensity of evaporation,
• Circulation circuit, forced type, with a remote heat exchanger to increase the heat exchange heat transfer area,
• Circulation circuit, forced type, with inline homogenizer for the possibility of using the unit as a vacuum homogenizing module;
• spraying system of the product in the working tank in the presence of a forced circulation circuit.
