Description

Industrial continuous fryers of the NORMIT SnackPro series are specially designed for frying small bulk products that have (or acquire during the frying process) a lower density than oil and float on its surface. What foods can be fried? • Vegetable chips (potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, kohlrabi, etc.) • French fries • Crackers • Croquet • Flour products • Snacks The movable blades are made entirely of stainless steel and are specially designed and profiled to minimize product distortion. Each impeller has a reliable drive and a self-propelled conveyor. Each row of blades can be removed separately. To remove fumes and smoke, two outlets are provided at both ends of the working section, which provides ventilation. Frying Process The product is fried by the method of complete immersion in heated oil. The SnackPro series does not have a conveyor belt to move the product. The movement of the product is carried out due to the movement of the oil pumped by the pump, as well as with the help of blades, which not only move the product to the loading area, but also gently mix for uniform heat treatment. Benefits of frying in a continuous paddle fryer • Precise temperature control – the product is evenly fried, the oil does not burn due to local overheating. • Ease of operation and maintenance. • Double oil filtration system, resulting in a significant increase in oil performance and improved quality of fried foods. • Lowest oil consumption in its class
