Description

The atmospheric honey creaming machine is used for controlled crystallization in batch processing of honey. Creamed honey has a smooth, spreadable texture and is lighter in color than runny honey. This equipment reduces processing time compared to widely available equipment on the market by several times. The process consists in recrystallization (reducing the size of crystals), improving the characteristic texture without losing the medicinal properties of the product. The inclined design of the machine helps to unload the product after processing with the help of not only centrifugal, but also gravitational force. Gravity mixing allows the earth's gravity to be used to spontaneously drop the processed product from the walls to the bottom of the tank, where a frame mixer lifts the product and mixes it into the total mass. The compact inclined plant consists of a jacketed atmospheric working chamber equipped with a special agitator and a control panel. Teflon scrapers scrape off the newly formed crystals from the walls and evenly distribute them over the product. Technical specifications: Volume, up to - 600 kg Installed power - 1.5 kW Jacket for coolant, up to - 0.5 bar Additional options: - heat generators - refrigeration machines and forced cooling circuits of cooling systems - ice water stations - buffer tanks of cooling systems and ice water stations - thermal insulation of buffer tanks
