Product description
Direct steam injection (DSI) requires highly accurate steam control. The addition of a flash tank and flash tank pump in many DSI systems complicates control and cleaning. OMVE has designed a fully sanitary DSI system with a high level of automation to simplify operation and hygiene management. The system is available as a standalone unit or can be fully controlled through the HT320 system. Nominal capacity ranges from 20 to 1000 L/h.
