Indoor dual‑technology passive infrared (PIR) detector, Grade 2, with a rotatable lens enabling 12 m (40 ft) wide detection or 18 m (60 ft) narrow detection. Designed for reliable intrusion detection in residential and small commercial interiors.

Series / positioning
Part of the FlipX Standard Series by OPTEX. The FLX-S-DT combines PIR and microwave sensing with an innovative pyroelectric element configured to generate human‑sized detection zones and improved pet tolerance. The rotatable lens allows quick switching between wide and narrow coverage for flexible installations.
