Overview
The CX-702 indoor passive infrared (PIR) detector provides selectable wide coverage (21 x 21 m, 85°, 68 zones) or long curtain coverage (45 x 2.4 m, 22 zones). Hardwired design with dual-purpose optics and available twin-pyro variants for increased reliability.

Details
The CX-702 series' dual-purpose lens allows selection between a wide-angle detection pattern and a long-range curtain pattern to protect long corridors or narrow areas in offices, warehouses or manufacturing facilities. Double conductive shielding improves stability under strong lighting. Twin-pyro variants enhance detection reliability where specified.

Multi-Focus Optics (Patent Listed)
Multi-focus optics maintain high sensitivity across the detection area, creating a higher vertical zone density than conventional PIRs. Taller zones capture full body thermal signatures and improve detection of small temperature contrasts, while reducing dead zones caused by furniture or partitions.

Temperature Compensation Circuit
The temperature compensation circuit automatically adjusts sensitivity according to ambient temperature, maintaining accurate detection and reducing false alarms when background temperature approaches body temperature.
