Indoor dual-technology Grade 3 sensor with rotatable lens and IR antimasking, configurable for wide detection (15 m / 50 ft, 85°) or narrow detection (24 m / 80 ft, 5°; PIR only). Designed for high-security indoor environments.

Product family
Part of the FlipX Advanced Series, the FLX-A-DAM is OPTEX's Grade 3 indoor sensor combining microwave and PIR technologies with antimasking. The OPTEX rotatable lens allows quick switching between wide and narrow patterns in one device, simplifying inventory and installation for varied site layouts.

Superior detection performance
The FlipX Advanced range delivers high catch performance with 80 detection zones and extended range up to 24 m. Suited to high-security indoor deployments such as banks, high-value retail, warehouses and premium residences. Advanced models include double conductive shielding to reduce light and RFI interference, a super-high sensitivity option for fine-tuned detection, and a downzone to cover the area beneath the sensor.
