Purpose
The ZORRO mobile chlorinator is intended for disinfection of various types of water and sewage in industrial and utility networks and installations. It is configured to dose widely available disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite and commercial chlorine dioxide.

Models
ZORRO 2: fully independent of an external electrical source; suitable for dosing to systems with maximum operating pressure up to approximately 8–10 bar and can be adapted to dose other liquids in specific technological systems.
ZORRO 2e: cost‑reduced variant of ZORRO 2 without an internal 12 V power supply; requires continuous 230 V supply and features an adapted control panel.

Construction
ZORRO units have two separate lockable chambers to prevent unauthorized access.

• technical chamber: 60 L tank with manual mixer for preparing disinfectant solution, dosing pump, dosing hose and compartment for connectors and accessories
• electric chamber: contains electrical components and safety devices supplying the dosing pump

Outer housing: powder‑coated acid‑resistant steel. Inner housing: polyester‑glass composite with high chemical resistance due to possible contact with strong disinfectants.

Scope of application

• disinfection of newly built pipelines and water installations
• disinfection of water supply networks using hydrant method (e.g. secondary contamination)
• disinfection of sewage in channels, pipes and manholes
• disinfection of internal water installations (schools, hospitals, etc.)
• disinfection/activation of filter beds and pressure filters
• tank disinfection
