OverviewFlygt's mixer range includes the Flygt 4530 from the 4500 series, designed for mixing in activated sludge processes, sludge retention tanks and digesters. The 4530 is suited where a standard low-speed mixer's impeller diameter is too large but more space is available than for a compact mixer. Compared with direct-drive compact mixers, the Flygt 4530 can deliver over 50% energy savings at similar thrust.
