Description

• 22 mm melamine resin worktop with direct coating on both faces in light grey. Melamine coating to DIN 68765; splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: wear resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥3, crack resistance ≥3, cigarette burn resistance class 3, water vapour resistance class 4. Migration safety certificate allowing use in food areas. Cover classified normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102. Core: particleboard to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light grey antistatic ABS edge.
• System underframe dimensions: B1490 x D950 x H700-1100 mm.
• Electric drive: 2 lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested to EN 60335-1) including control unit and power cable with plug. Runners (skids) made of profiled steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm). Full frame under the worktop from profiled steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm). Control with up/down button.
• Height adjustment function: Electric adjustment via 2 lifting columns with integrated linear drive. Quiet, stepless and synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Travel speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous at full load). Standby power consumption: 0.1 W.
• CE conformity: product complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Applicable standards include DIN EN ISO 12100 and DIN EN 1570-1.
• Optional: System can operate autonomously via a battery box (accessory).
