- Electric height-adjustable workbench with 22 mm melamine resin top. Top with light grey melamine direct coating on both faces, compliant with DIN 68765; splash-resistant and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance ≥3, cigarette-burn behavior class 3, steam resistance class 4. Certificate of harmlessness for migration behavior, suitable for use in food-related areas. Surface classified as normally flammable (B2) according to DIN4102. Core: particleboard to EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light grey antistatic ABS edge.
- System substructure B990 × D750 × H700–1100 mm.
- Two double lifting columns (80×50 mm, tested to EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug. Skids made of profiled steel tube (100×30×3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame made of profiled steel tube (50×25×2.5 mm) mounted under the top. Control unit with up/down push button.
- Electric adjustment via two double lifting columns with integrated linear drives. Quiet, stepless and fully synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric load. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
- CE conformity: product meets essential requirements of Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery) and Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC). Applied harmonized standards: DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03; DIN EN 1570-1 (safety requirements for lifting tables) (excl. clauses 5.5.5, 5.6.11 and 5.10).
- Note: system can optionally be operated autonomously via an optional battery box (accessory), removing the need for permanent mains connection.
