- Worktop with 38 mm melamine resin coating.
- Top and underside finished with light-grey melamine resin direct coating. Coating compliant with DIN 68765. Splash-proof and stain-resistant; surface properties per EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance ≥ level 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol), crack resistance ≥ level 3, cigarette glow resistance Class 3, steam resistance Class 4.
- Certificate of safety regarding migration behaviour, suitable for use in food-related environments.
- Top classified as normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Core made of chipboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edging.
- System substructure dimensions: W1240 x D750 x H700-1100 mm.
- Includes 2 lifting columns (50 x 80 mm, tested per EN 60335-1) with control unit and power cable with plug. Skids made of profiled steel tube (60 x 30 x 3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame of profiled steel tube (50 x 25 x 2.5 mm) mounted under the worktop. Control element with up/down push buttons.
- Electric adjustment via 2 lifting columns with integrated linear drive. Low-noise, stepless and synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetrical load.
- Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
- CE declaration of conformity: product meets essential requirements of Directives 2006/42/EC (machinery) and 2014/30/EU (EMC). Applied harmonised standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and DIN EN 1570-1 (safety requirements for lifting tables) (excluding clauses 5.5.5, 5.6.11 and 5.10).
- Note: system can optionally be operated autonomously via a battery box (accessory), removing need for permanent mains connection.
- Colour: RAL 7035 light grey.
