Description

Product description
  • Worktop with 22 mm melamine resin coating.
  • Top and bottom with light-grey melamine resin direct coating; melamine coating conforms to DIN 68765. Splash-proof and dirt-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance Class 3A, scratch resistance N>1.5, stain resistance level ≥3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petroleum ether), crack resistance level ≥3, cigarette ember resistance level 3, water vapour resistance level 4. Certification for migration behaviour (suitable for use in food-related areas). Cover material normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Core board made of particleboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light-grey antistatic ABS edge.
  • System underframe: W1490 x D750 x H700-1100 mm.
  • Electrical components: 2 double lift columns (80x50 mm, tested according to EN 60335-1) including control unit and connection cable with plug. Skids made of profile steel tube (100x30x3 mm) with leveling feet. Complete frame made of profile steel tube (50x25x2.5 mm) mounted under the worktop. Control unit with up/down push buttons.
  • Electric adjustment via 2 double lift columns with integrated linear actuators. Quiet, stepless and synchronous height adjustment even under asymmetric loads. Adjustment speed 38 mm/s (no load). Duty cycle 10% (6 minutes per hour or 2 minutes continuous operation at full load). Standby power consumption 0.1 W.
  • CE declaration of conformity: product complies with, among others, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. Applied harmonised standards include DIN EN ISO 12100:2011-03 and DIN EN 1570-1 (safety requirements for lifting tables, part 1).
  • Note: system can optionally be operated autonomously via a battery box (accessory) (no permanent mains connection required).
  • Colour: RAL 7035 light grey.
