Description

Short description
  • Cabinet top including melamine resin-coated worktop, thickness 19 mm.
  • Top and underside finished with black melamine resin direct coating. Coating compliant with DIN 68765.
  • Splash-proof and stain-resistant. Surface properties according to EN14322/EN14323: abrasion resistance class 3A.
  • Scratch resistance N > 1.5. Stain resistance level ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petrol). Crack tendency level ≥ 3.
  • Resistance to cigarette ember: grade 3. Resistance to water vapor: grade 4.
  • Certificate for migration behaviour, suitable for areas with potential food contact.
  • Facing classified as normally flammable (B2) according to DIN 4102. Panel core made of chipboard per EN309/EN312 (emission class E1). All-round light grey antistatic ABS edge.


Equipment
  • 4 drawers (size L), front height: H 90 mm (4 x front height 90 mm specified).
  • Drawer internal dimension (size L): internal W 490 x D 560 mm; load capacity per drawer: 100 kg.
  • Usable drawer height equals front height minus 15 mm.
  • Roll-bearing partial extension slides (90% extension) with self-closing and anti-reverse mechanism.
  • Continuous handle rail ErgoScript®: steel sheet base with aluminium-coloured overlay and integrated transparent cover (including label strip).
  • Central locking: pin cylinder lock with 2 keys.

  • Extension type: partial extension 90% (selected) or full extension 100%.
  • Top: Melamine top (selected), beech top, metal top.
  • Frame colour - selection of RAL colours incl.   • Express production optional for an additional charge (order received by 11:00 – production and dispatch the next day).


Usage and material notes
  • Suitable for industrial applications; surfaces are abrasion- and stain-resistant and certified with regard to migration behaviour for potential food contact.
  • Fitted with antistatic ABS edging.
