These Vibration Levels of the LBV300 product family perform robustly, reliably and accurately the communication function of full, empty or need in bulk material.
The measuring principle of the vibration fork reacts to changes in density and is thus independent of the construction shape of the silo or the type of material used for the tank.
The sturdy stainless steel swing fork is piezoelectrically operated and oscillates on its resonant frequency which changes with the cover via bulk material.
This change is reliably detected and converted into a switching signal.
With a wide variety of threaded and flange connections as well as various electronic variants, the LBV300 offers a solution for almost any application even in explosive atmospheres.
