Description

The LFP level meter represents a versatile and reliable solution, ideal for meeting the critical needs of high temperatures and rigorous cleaning requirements. Designed specifically for the packaging and food industries, the LFP offers a combination of compactness, advanced technology and flexibility. The heart of the system is based on the principle of guided radar (Time Domain Reflectometry). LFP simultaneously acts as a configurable analog sensor, digital threshold sensor and display. Made with 316L stainless steel body, the meter offers IP69K and IP67 protection ratings, ensuring reliable resistance even in harsh environments. All parts in contact with the external product comply with FDA standards, and the EHEDG and ECOLAB certifications attest to their suitability for hygienic environments, temperatures up to 150°C and exposure to aggressive chemicals. The flexibility of the LFP extends to the ability to work with SIP and CIP cycles in the Food & Beverage sector, and offers probe options of various lengths to suit different applications. Main features: Level monitoring in hygienic applications Polished surface with roughness Ra < 0.8 µm Resistant to CIP/SIP washing cycles Hygienic process connections interchangeable and can be ordered separately 3 in 1: display, analogue output, digital output for static level control Communication via IO-Link FDA compliant, EHEDG certified Benefits for the Customer: Robust design for greater durability High flexibility thanks to the manually shortenable probe and interchangeable connections Cost savings thanks to different output signals: only one device for level detection and dynamic control
