The EPI-930 instruments are volumetric flow meters that utilize two oval gears to ensure good levels of accuracy and repeatability, respectively achieving ±1% and ±0.25% of full scale. The plastic materials used not only provide low chemical affinity with acidic and basic liquids but also allow for cost reduction. In addition to the choice of materials, two types of process connections are available: John Guest (shown in the figure) and threaded Gas (F). The former enables easier and faster installation, even in confined spaces. Lastly, this instrument offers the option to select the output signal, which can be NPN or PNP, for easier connection with a PLC.
