The RABO flow meter is a versatile solution for the measurement of gases belonging to categories I, II and III according to EN 437:2009, as well as for a wide range of technical gases. With its operating temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C, the RABO proves suitable for multiple environments. Its measuring capacity of up to 1:160 allows for significant accuracy, while its aluminum or ductile iron body ensures robustness and durability. The compact size and 5-year maintenance interval make the RABO meter a practical and low-maintenance solution. In addition, the rotatable totalizer is designed to be mounted either horizontally or vertically, offering flexibility in installation. With its 8-digit totalizers, the device enables accurate monitoring of measured gas quantities. This rotary piston gas meter operates on the principle of moving defined quantities of gas. This volumetric approach makes the meter independent of installation influences, especially suitable for compact systems with limited straight inlet sections. Rotating pistons, connected by synchronization gearwheels, rotate without contact with each other as gas flows, providing a constant and repeatable amount of gas at the outlet. The rotary motion of the pistons is then transmitted to the mechanical totalizer through a reduction box and magnetic coupling, ensuring accurate recording of measured volumes. In addition, the RABO meter is designed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
