The RIF360-MV is a port meter that by means of "Karman vortices" quantifies the flow rate of various gases within pipes that can have diameters ranging from 0.5" to 12".
The RIF360-MV can be ordered in flanged version according to ANSI, DIN or JIS standards or in Wafer version. The multi-variable display configuration, expands the situations in which this instrument can be installed as it can provide mass flow and volume measurements in addition to simple volumetric flow detection. To the quantities mentioned before, there are also to be added the measurement of pressure and temperature in case the multi-variable version is chosen.
This instrument offers several output options, including a pulse signal with high levels greater than or equal to 5V and low levels less than 1V with a duty ratio of 50%, a 4-20mA analog signal with HART@4-20mA support, and ModBus-RTU RS485 communication.
