The Internal Freewheels FNR are used for keyway connection on the outer ring and include rollers and a bearing for support. These roller freewheels ranging from size 8 to 20 include a sleeve bearing. Sizes 25 to 60 come with ball bearings, and these allow for higher speeds during freewheeling operation. This compact device incorporates the freewheel into the customer housing, providing a a space-saving fitting solution. The Internal Freewheels FNR are used as backstops, indexing freewheels and overrunning clutches. They have bores up to 60 mm and nominal torques to 3,000 Nm. Torque transmission is enabled by the grooves provided on the faces of both sides of the outer ring.
