Overview
The DTP05-R500-SS stainless steel corner drum lifter is constructed in 304-grade stainless steel with an adjustable drum gripper and a stainless steel sheave/plunger assembly. It is designed for safe handling of 50–220 L drums in food, pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments and for access at pallet corners and narrow pallet ends.

Features

• Corner-leg design allows access to drums at the corner of pallets (including 1200 x 1200 mm and 1200 x 1000 mm) and from the 800 mm narrow end of a Euro pallet.
• Adjustable universal drum catch to connect to steel tight-head, steel open-top, L-ring plastic, MAUSER and fibreboard drums.
• Height-adjustable gripper to handle a wide range of drum heights by repositioning the drum catch.
• Manual hydraulic hand pump (17 cc) for lifting and controlled lowering.
• Chemical-resistant elastic rubber wheels for reliable manoeuvrability in hygienic and corrosive environments.
• Optional ATEX 'Ex' certified variant for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 with anti-static wheels, earthing chains and electrical continuity features.
