Overview
This stainless-steel Euro pallet hydraulic drum lifter is designed for safe, hygienic transfer of industrial drums between Euro pallets, conveyors or bunds in confined production areas. It is commonly used where wooden pallets are replaced by hygienic plastic pallets such as in food and pharmaceutical environments. The unit provides controlled lifting with a compact under-pallet leg design suited to restricted spaces.

• Compact under-pallet leg design — Low-level legs fit the open entry on the narrow 800 mm side of Euro pallets, allowing close access to drums while minimising footprint; model cannot place drums directly on the floor.
• Handles a wide range of drum types — Adjustable drum catch suits steel, plastic and fibreboard drums; catch adjusts quickly to different drum lips and types.
• Handles all drum heights — Gripper position can be moved up and down the front rack assembly to accommodate tall or short drums and use the full lifting stroke.
• Manual hydraulic lift system — Hand-operated 17 cc hydraulic pump supplies oil to a plated lift ram; pump handle raises the drum and a manual lowering valve gives precise descent control. On stainless models the pump is enclosed in a PVC shroud and the lift ram is nickel/chrome plated for corrosion protection.
• Drum suitability — Designed for common industrial drums; consult documentation for detailed compatibility including MAUSER drums.
• Optional ATEX-certified version — Available as ATEX/UKEX-certified for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 with electrical continuity measures and supplied Declaration of Conformity.
