Overview
The DTP08-R1260 counterbalance drum stacker is designed to lift and vertically stack 100–220L drums and to load drums onto high platforms or process machines. Its counterbalance layout provides clear access under the drum without front legs. Standard safe working load (SWL) is 250kg, upgradeable to 350kg.

• Automatic drum catch: stainless steel plates and machined bushes with adjustable catch and beak-style gripper; uses drum weight to apply grip; suitable for steel and plastic drums 100–220L (requires ≥50kg drum weight to activate).
• Drum stacking: chain lift system providing up to 1080mm under-drum clearance and 1260mm lift stroke for stacking or loading onto tall platforms/pallets.
• Rear-wheel steering: tiller steering with tight turning circle and rear parking brake; polyurethane-tyred wheels with precision bearings recommended for flat, level floors.
• Manual hydraulic pump: 13cc hand pump with lowering valve and ergonomic handle; hydraulic ram lifts carriage via zinc-coated lift chain; pumps assembled and tested in UK factory.
• Drum compatibility: steel, plastic and fibreboard drums 100–220L including MAUSER drums; empty drums cannot be lifted as gripper requires weight to engage.
• Optional ATEX/UKEX variant for zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 with anti-static conductive tyres and anti-static guarding.
• Optional stainless-steel construction, power-drive system and increased SWL (350kg) variants available.
