Introduction
HONPINE TYD driven steering wheel module integrates the drive motor, gearbox, steering mechanism, brake and wheel into a single compact assembly. The wheel provides drive rotation and forward/reverse movement while the entire module rotates to control vehicle steering. Designed for heavy-duty AGV and AMR applications, the TYD supports a maximum load of up to 15 tons per wheel and offers various shock-absorption and customization options to match vehicle requirements.

Features

• Highly integrated design: Drive motor, steering motor, gearbox, brake and encoder are combined in one module to reduce chassis space and simplify mechanical layout.
• Permanent magnet synchronous servo motor: Standard configuration with a PMSM servo; steering motor can be fitted with incremental or multi-turn absolute encoder for high positioning accuracy and fast response. Encoder interfaces are designed for straightforward integration with AGV control systems.
• Wide load range and customization: Supports a broad range of load capacities and can be customized for wheel diameter, gear ratio, motor power, shock-absorption solutions and other application-specific requirements.
• Explosion-proof options: Configurable explosion-proof variants available with certifications such as Ex db IIC T4 Gb and Ex db IIC T5 Gb for hazardous environments.
