OverviewThe Tesker Model 740E is an Ultra Ridged Loadcell-constructed 2-die thread rolling machine designed for infeed and thrufeed operations. It accommodates economically sized dies for lower tooling cost while handling heavy-duty rolling requirements.
Standard Equipment- Servo drive: High-accuracy independent control of spindle drive axis with reduced components and maintenance. Radial die line-up via motor control from the HMI.
- Front "L" support with front bar feed fixture: Adjustable work-holding fixture that attaches to the front of the machine.
- Spring-loaded rear stop assembly with base: Positions parts for infeed rolling and allows slight movement via spring preload.
- Versa III automatic oil lubrication system: Automatic feed slide lubrication.
- Hydraulic slow-release valve: Gradually releases rolling force during heavy rolling to prevent thread deformation.
- Spindle RPM tachometer: Displays spindle RPM.
Available Options- Radial die line-up coupling: Permits separate rotational adjustment between spindles for matching infeed or helical slow-feed dies when required.
- Enclosed toe-in indicator: Provides a reference to adjust the left main head die for part taper.
- Center stands (set of 2): Supports the center tube.
- Center support tube (one per size): Channels parts out the back of the machine; one required per size.
- Air balancer jib crane: Assists during changeover of large dies.
- Feeding and receiving fixtures: Custom-designed fixtures for specific part handling needs.
