The Tesker Model 840E 2-Die thread rolling machine is an infeed & thrufeed industrial unit designed for large-diameter and heavy-duty rolling applications. It accepts up to a 24" capacity and delivers adjustable rolling pressure up to 650,000 lb.

Motors & utilities
The machine is equipped with a 100 HP spindle drive, 30 HP hydraulic motor with 100 Gal reservoir, and a 3/4 HP coolant pump with 200 Gal tank. Units are wired to NFPA 79 standards; alternate voltages and frequencies can be provided.

Dies & tooling
Supports dies up to 16" diameter and 15" face width. Standard spindle size is 5-1/2" with variable spindle speeds. Center supports and center support tubes are available for through-feed operations; other spindle and die sizes can be supplied to match specific parts.

• Servo Drive — high-accuracy independent control of spindle drive axis; reduced components and maintenance; radial die line-up via motor control from the HMI.
