INTRODUCTION
The X-25 CNC cylindrical grinding machine combines a compact cross-slide layout with a high-rigidity structure to deliver precise, space-efficient grinding for small to medium components. It features a graphical CNC interface for simplified setup and broad grinding application compatibility.

MACHINE FEATURES
USER FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM
Built-in high-performance CNC control with GUI guides the operator through graphical process steps, enabling numerical editing of grinding and dressing procedures without manual G/M programming.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
High-rigidity Meehanite cast iron base with annealing and aging treatment. Slideways undergo high-frequency hardening and precision grinding for low deformation and excellent wear resistance.

WORK TABLE
Permanently bolted work table with cross-slide design to reduce travels and improve feed speed and precision stability.

CROSS-SLIDER DESIGN
X and Z axes use cross-sliders to minimize machine footprint. Enclosed telescopic covers protect transmission components from grinding debris and coolant.

FLEXIBLE FEED DESIGN
Precision linear guides and ball screws on X-25 ensure wear resistance, low friction, high load capacity, minimal backlash and fast, flexible feeding suitable for small components.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
Grinding spindle (G.W.) uses precision bearings for long service life. Spindle material: alloy steel (SNCM-220) with multi-stage heat treatment and precision grinding; surface hardness > HRC62°.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
Workhead driven by servo motor with stepless speed control. Hydraulic tailstock optional. Both use flat air pressure design for easy movement and reduced friction. Central cooling prevents heating and deformation at center contact surfaces.

DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER
Standard tailstock-mounted dressing device. Multiple dressing options available. Optional: Diamond Roller Dressing Device (worktable- or tailstock-mounted).
