INTRODUCTION
The TOPKING X-6CAM is our most compact CNC non-round grinder, engineered for maximum floor space efficiency. By integrating linear motor and direct drive technology into a cross-slide structure, it delivers zero-backlash, μm-level precision for demanding CAM grinding. Its superior C-X axis synchronization is ideal for polygon punches, small camshafts, eccentric pins, and medical components. The X-6CAM delivers high-quality non-round parts even in space-constrained environments, helping you secure high-margin precision orders with ease.

MACHINE FEATURE
USER FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM
Equipped with SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE control system. Built-in TOPKING’s latest graph conversational operate interface includes crankshaft and camshaft grinding applications. Operates with CAD/CAM software (optional) for graphical programming of custom grinding profiles, providing a flexible, humanized operating environment.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
Artificial granite machine base for excellent damping characteristics and favorable thermal behavior. Machine covers a small mounting area for efficient use of floor space.

WORK TABLE
The work table is permanently bolted to the machine. The cross-slide design reduces travel to improve working speed and precision stability.

CROSS-SLIDER DESIGN & AXIS GUIDANCE
X and Z axes are designed as cross-sliders to reduce machine footprint. The X-axis is driven directly by a linear motor combined with linear guides and equipped with a high-resolution linear scale as standard, ensuring stable repeatability and precision. Two axes are covered by enclosed telescopic covers to protect the transmission structure from grinding debris and coolant.

X-AXIS DRIVEN BY LINEAR MOTOR
The X axis is driven directly by a linear motor with no backlash for precise position control. Cross-slider construction with high-speed precision linear motor and closed-loop control linear scale on X axis provides smooth operation in synchronization with the C axis. Moving speed can reach 15000 mm/min. Linear motors consist of coil and permanent magnets for low attrition, longer life, energy savings, and increased efficiency.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
Built-in spindle for grinding wheel. Lightweight wheelhead seat design reduces resonances, stabilizes the grinding process, and improves precision. Built-in spindle monitors temperatures to protect against thermal deformation, supports high-speed rotation with rapid acceleration/deceleration for intricate contour grinding, and offers lower energy consumption and reduced emissions.

WORKHEAD SPINDLE
Working spindle equipped with Direct Drive motor and precision angle encoder. High angle resolution tolerance control ±0.2”. Accurate angle control suitable for eccentric parts, camshafts, crankshafts, and polygon punch grinding. Micro-adjustment available for taper correction.

FINE ADJUSTMENT TAILSTOCK
Automatic oil bath lubrication system provided for tailstock to maintain high accuracy. Oil level gauge for quick checks. Enables taper correction in centers-fixed grinding.

AUTO. LIFT-UP SLIDING DOOR
Convenient automatic lift-up sliding door to reduce manual work and increase convenience.
