Description

INTRODUCTION
The X-35100 is a CNC cylindrical grinding machine designed for precise, flexible machining of small to large components. The machine combines a compact cross-slide X/Z layout with a rigid base and heavy-duty spindle/tailstock to support high component loads and stable grinding performance.

MACHINE FEATURE
USER FRIENDLY OPERATION SYSTEM
The integrated CNC control with graphical user interface (GUI) guides the operator through graphical process segmentation and simplifies numerical editing of grinding and dressing operations. No manual G/M code programming is required.

RIGID MACHINE BASE
  • Machine base in Meehanite cast iron with annealing and aging treatment for dimensional stability.
  • Slideways hardened by high-frequency and precision ground for wear resistance.
  • Structure engineered for maximum rigidity; reinforced sliding seat with wide V-flat guides for high load capacity and vibration damping.


WORK TABLE / CROSS-SLIDER DESIGN
  • Work table permanently bolted to the machine; cross-slide layout reduces travels for improved speed and positional stability.
  • X and Z axes arranged as cross-sliders to minimize machine footprint.
  • Axes protected by enclosed telescopic covers to prevent contamination from grinding debris and coolant.


HIGH RIGIDITY SLIDEWAY
The X-35 series uses a hard-rail structure and large-diameter graded ball screws to maintain precision under load, reduce vibration, and ensure smooth wheelhead and table movement.

WHEELHEAD CONSTRUCTION
The grinding wheel spindle (G.W. spindle) uses precision bearings and an alloy steel (SNCM-220) shaft with heat treatment and precision grinding; surface hardness above HRC62 to ensure wear resistance and service life.

WORKHEAD AND TAILSTOCK
  • Workhead and tailstock designed for heavy components to increase load capacity.
  • Workhead driven by a servo motor with stepless speed control.
  • Hydraulic tailstock available as an option.
  • Flat-air pressure design for smooth movement, reduced friction and longer life; central cooling prevents center-hole heating and deformation.


DIAMOND TOOL HOLDER MOUNTED ON WORK TABLE
  • Standard worktable-mounted dressing device reduces recalibration error caused by table angle adjustment and improves dressing efficiency.
  • Various diamond tool holder types available according to workpiece requirements.


GRINDING CYCLE
Graphical grinding and dressing cycle illustrations and examples are provided in the machine documentation and UI to support process setup.
