Introduction
The TR7600TL SIII is an inline 3D AXI inspection system with optional planar CT capability, designed for X-ray inspection of large PCBs up to 1200 × 660 mm. It combines multi-unit line-scan imaging with a variable-voltage X-ray source to support 2D, 2.5D and 3D inspection workflows.
