The TR7600 SIII series CT AXI is a next-generation inline PCBA inspection system from Test Research, Inc. (TRI). Engineered for 100% inspection at production line speed, the TR7600 SIII combines high-speed 3D CT X‑ray imaging with enhanced image quality to support reliable solder joint and component inspection.
