Overview The Tyco® Model CV-1FR is a compact, swing-type riser check valve that permits water flow in one direction and prevents flow in the opposite direction. A spring-loaded clapper with a resilient elastomer facing provides a leak-tight seal and reduces sticking. Model CV-1FR includes threaded outlets for pressure gauges and a drain connection, offering a compact and economical alternative to an alarm check valve when a water motor alarm is not required.
