Description

DESCRIPTION
The FR 500 is a fully electronic horizontal Flow Wrapper (HFFS) designed for medium to high speed production and integration into packaging lines. It produces three-seal pillow packs and is configured with feeders and autoloaders suitable for bakery and chocolate products.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
  • Stainless steel construction with cantilever design.
  • Multi-axis electronic control synchronizing main machine movements.
  • Four independent servomotors for rotary jaws, sealing rollers, infeed conveyor and motorized reel holder.
  • Four pairs of sealing rollers.
  • Automatic reel change and pneumatic reel fixation.
  • 10" colour touch screen for parameter adjustment, diagnostics and reporting.
  • Infeed conveyor with chain on one side.
  • Top motorized belt at exit.
  • Rejector for empty or poorly sealed packs.
  • Complete range of infeed conveyors and feeders depending on product and application.
