Description
The SIENNA family is a horizontal flow pack wrapper (HFFS) from ULMA designed for flexible packaging of food products such as produce, meat and cheese. It features an independent-motor sealing head, an intuitive touchscreen and a stainless steel cantilever frame for improved hygiene and access.

Technical features
  • Electronic machine driven by independent, electronically synchronized motors for precise movements.
  • Stainless steel cantilever frame to avoid dirt accumulation and allow easy cleaning and maintenance access.
  • Motorized height adjustment of the longitudinal sealing for fast format changes.
  • Box-motion cross sealing station with 400 mm wide jaws; sealing head with independent motor to optimize cycle time and enable minimum-length packs.
  • Easy-access reel holder and motorized film unwinding for safe loading of heavy rolls and steady film feed.
  • 2 m stainless steel in-feed conveyor as standard (other lengths available as options).
  • Touchscreen control panel with product recipe management (bag length, speed, sealing time, etc.).
  • Standard safety and detection: No product - No bag; misplaced product protection at the jaws.
