Overview
Horizontal flow wrapper (HFFS) FR 200 for three‑seal pillow packs. Designed for medium‑to‑high production rates, the FR 200 integrates ULMA engineering, advanced motion control and a 7" UPC Industrial PC for enhanced axis control and machine performance. The machine features a sanitary cantilever construction, intuitive HMI and ergonomic access to simplify operation and maintenance.

FR 200 I P - 'PEPPER WRAPPING'

• Intermittent version specifically configured to pack groups of peppers in combination with a weigher, enabling variable‑length packages.
• Special infeed conveyor with one belt and two pushers adapted for peppers.
• Bag length regulated by product length measurement using a photoelectric sensor on the infeed conveyor.
• Also supports fixed bag length mode and printed‑film registration centering.
• Possible to adapt the machine for tray packing.
