Application The air heaters of the DH series are used in mechanical supply ventilation systems where it is necessary to raise air temperature in Winter or maintain a constant temperature in an enclosed space. The air heaters may also be used throughout industrial processes that require supplied air of a constant temperature. Construction The air duct filters are designed for use in circular ventilation ducts of a standard diameter (100-400mm). Housing of the air heaters is made of steel sheet coated with powder paint, and the heating elements are made of stainless steel. The air heaters are provided, as standard, with a dual system protecting it against overheating: the first, automatic (termperature +75°C; and the second, manually unlocked (temperature +85°C) The air heaters should be selected and assembled so as to obtain an air temperature of ≤ +40°C at the outlet. The air flow rate through the air heaters may not be less than 1.5 m/sec. On request, the device can be supplied in any colour from the RAL palette (RAL 9010 - white is the standard colour).
