Application CMVeco ATEX centrifugal explosion-proof fans are designed for the transport of aggressive chemicals, humid gases or fumes. Designed for use in areas with explosion hazard except for mines and mining excavations. They meet the requirements for group II category 2G / 3G - zone 1 (ATEX1) and / or 2 (ATEX2). They are CE-marked and meet the requirements of ATEX '94/9 / EC Directive, including EN 14986: 2007 standard. Construction The standard drivetrain with direct drive. Heat-moulded housing can be made of the following plastic materials: PPs, PPs-el, PE, PVC, PVDF. Available impellers made of PPs-el, with 20 blades curved forward. The hub is made of aluminum alloy, additionally coated with a layer of plastic. The base with motor shield is made of galvanized steel, made of AISI 304 stainless steel - available on request. The fans are designed for the transport of medium having a temperature in the range from -20°C to + 60°C, where the ambient temperature of the electric motor does not exceed the range from -20°C to + 40°C.
