They perform excellent in the food and chemical industries but also they are widely used in public utility facilities such as hospitals, laboratories, schools … Construction The fans are designed to ventilate rooms with a low level of dustiness; they are suitable for assembly in a vertical or horizontal position, in air ducts of diameters from 200 to 315 mm. The housing is made of flame retardant polypropylene PPs; the rotor is made of polypropylene or poly(vinylidene chloride). The CRDV fans are used as the ducted or roof ventilators. Diameters of the ventilation ducts: 200, 250, 315 mm. The CRDV fans may be used within the temperature range from -20°C to +100°C. Electric motor The motors are made in accordance with the standards of IEC and have been awarded with the CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55, 400 V 50 Hz. Special applications Specially designed, chemically resistant fans comply with the requirements of the ATEX Directive, concerning devices that may be used in potentially explosive atmospheres (zone 2). Characteristics of the aforementioned fans are the same as for corresponding standard fans. For more information, see the section: Explosion-proof ventilators.
