Our range of Threaded Vent Plugs are manufactured from a UL94V-2 flammability rated Nylon 6/6 which provides an excellent temperature resistance of -40°C (-40°F) to 105°C (221°F). Being made from a non-reactive material gives our Threaded Vent Plugs a number of additional resistive properties against Gasoline, Alcohol, Solvents, Oil and weak acids, all of which are commonplace within hydraulic or pneumatic installations. This type of Vent Plug is stocked in Metric, PG and NPT thread types, making them suitable for most threaded holes to provide ventilation/heat dissipation to your application.
We stock Threaded Vent Plugs in a number of industry standard thread types and sizes including NPT 1/4 to 3/4, PG7 to 21 and M12 to M20. Each size features a hexagonal wrench adjustable head, with an approximate thickness of 5.3mm and multiple 2.4mm venting holes.
